Great casual work environment
Great environment, on the job training provided with many different use cases. There were many avenues to locate prompt information for clients using knowlege base, personal business wide chat sessions, and the CRM designed for current tickets and solutions to tickets that proved very beneficial!
Enjoyed the position
I learned a lot from the people I worked with and the customers I spoke with on the phone daily. The experience was very helpful in the call center.
